The Court, having considered the ex parte application and supporting declarations submitted by the party, issues the following order:

Order to Show Cause
Defendants, and each of them, are hereby ordered to appear before the court on July 21, 2016 at 8 :30 a.m. in Department 40, and show cause, if any, why they should not be enjoined from foreclosing on subject property located at 1*** Hawthorne Loop, Roseville, California 95678, during the pendency of this action. _________________________________________________
Temporary Restraining Order
Defendants and each of them are enjoined and prohibited from conducting a sale to foreclose on the property located at 1*** Hawthorne Loop, Roseville, California 95678, until further order of the court.
Briefing and Service
This order, together with the summons and complaint and any other papers filed or in support of an application for preliminary injunction, shall be personally served on defendants in a manner authorized by Chapter 4 Title 5 of Part 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure no later than June 24, 2016. Proof of service shall be filed on or before June 27, 2016.
Any written opposition by any defendant shall be filed and served no 12 later than July 8, 2016. There shall be no reply.
The court’s tentative ruling procedures for civil law and motion matter 14 shall apply to the OSC hearing. The parties are referred to the local rules of court for further information.
